Shipping
Efillooc ships its products to all parts of India.
Orders will be shipped with our preferred shipping partner Delhivery logistics.
Orders received will be shipped out within 24-36 hours.

Orders will not be shipped on holidays, Sundays and other unforeseen conditions like lockdown or bad weather.
Shipping charges are FREE for all items unless otherwise shown on the product or checkout pages.
The OFFER or SALE price is inclusive of applicable GST taxes and same will be reported in the invoice.
Delivery time

Delivery times are indicative for normal days. Please expect delay due to any unexpected situations like weather,

International Shipping & Delivery time
| We do not ship physical products to countries outside India, as of now. However Digital Products like Coloring Books, Journals etc. in digital format (e.g. PDF, PNG, JPEG) will be delivered via email. | |

Receiving your orders
Do Not accept packages that are tampered with or damaged.
For damaged products or when in doubt, please record a video of the package and the content. We might need this video proof to process return or refund as necessary.

Tracking Packages
You will receive updates on your order right from order placement, order processing and order shipment to your email ID provided during checkout.
You will also receive WhatsApp updates regarding your package once the package is picked up and till it is delivered.
In case you do not receive a mail from us within 24 hours of placing an order please check your spam folder and contact us.
Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by our delivery partner.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once the package is shipped out.
Prior to shipping, buyer can cancel the order and full amount will be refunded to the original payment method used.

COD limits and charges
