What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
For metro locations, the estimated delivery time is 2-4 days. For other locations, the estimated delivery time is 4-7 days. Furthermore for orders shipped via India Post, the estimated delivery time is 7-14 days depending on the location.

Can I cancel my order after it has been shipped?
Unfortunately, once your package has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. If you wish to return the item, please see our Return Policy for more information.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received will be shipped out within 24 hours.
Order placed before 11pm Monday will be shipped on Tuesday.
Orders placed after 11pm Monday will be shipped out on Wednesday.

Do you offer COD (cash on delivery)?
Yes.
We offer COD only on request. This is to avoid losses due to high COD order rejection and cancellation.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer Free shipping on most products unless stated otherwise.

Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return period for most items. Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been physically damaged. Also if you have any issues with your order, please contact us via email at support@efillooc.com for assistance.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?
No, if you are returning a product that is defective or wrong product delivered, return shipping is on us. We will arrange for return pickup and shipping.
Additionally, if you wish to return a product for any other reason, you have to bear the return shipping cost. Please first contact us via email or WhatsApp to initiate the return process.
Refund will be processed only if our return conditions are met. Please read our Return & Refund Policy.
Do you accept exchange?
Yes, If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at support@efillooc.com to request an exchange. Customer pay for exchange shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund minus the exchange shipping cost.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives tampered or damaged, please refuse delivery and contact our customer support as soon as possible. So that we can work with our delivery partner to arrange a replacement or we may choose to provide a refund.
If you received a damaged product , we may request that you share a video showing the condition of the product to help us better understand the issue and provide appropriate support.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your order been shipped out on your registered number as WhatsApp updates and email.
You can use this number to track your order on our website or on our delivery partner’s website.
Alternately, you can go to My Account > Orders and view tracking information in the order status.
What is the warranty period for electronic items?
The warranty period for electronic items is 15 days only. And returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.
Certain products are applicable for 1 month or 3 month extended warranty upon registering for the same. Check for a warranty card sent along with the product.
The warranty period for non-electronic products is 3 months, subject to change without notice.
